A debate of Jan Čulík and Bohumil Kartous about the need for the Czech Republic to pursue cultural diplomacy, especially by financing centres of Czech and Central European Studies at universities abroad. This Britské listy Interview was broadcast by the Czech cable TV station Regionální televize from 28th May, 2015.
