Abstract

In this paper, a dynamic reconstruction algorithm is proposed to monitor the concentration distribution inside the fluid vessel based on electrical impedance tomography (EIT). The interacting multiple model (IMM) scheme is employed to enhance the performance of the extended Kalman filter (EKF) in the presence of abrupt measurement uncertainties by inclusion of covariance compensation extended Kalman filter (CCEKF). Computer simulations are also provided to evaluate the reconstruction performance of the proposed algorithm.
