Abstract

The main aim of the research was to review progress in housing management practice since The Baseline Study of Housing Management in the early 1990s and to identify priorities for further good practice guidance. The study examined a wide range of housing management functions, and assessed practices in both local authorities (LAs) and registered social landlords (RSLs).
